New Flanged Valve Program

Our ISP/Vendor Management Program is a critical component of our continuous improvement program here at SVF.  This program begins with a rigorous qualification process to ensure that we choose only those vendors that produce to our stringent product requirements.  Once a vendor is accepted by SVF, we perform regular performance reviews to determine that they continue to meet our specifications and the demands of the marketplace.

As a result of our research, we have made a decision to transition away from our current flanged valve and component vendor who produces our 41 Series and B41 Series Rev2.  We will, of course, fully support these products for seven years with seats, seals, other sealing components as well as optional materials.

Our new vendor has achieved very high marks from us during qualification. We have used this opportunity to improve our B41 Rev2 valve. Our new B41 Rev3 valve will now include a a direct mount style mounting flange for actuation. This product will also be available in a reduced port version, 41 Rev3. It will include a mounting pad, but will not be offered with the direct mounting flange.
